Exterior Options
1st - You can choose from all-wood or extruded aluminum-clad exteriors.
In addition to Weather Shield's exclusive Accentials Distinctive Colors
& Finishes program that offers a choice of 55 standard or designer
colors, or virtually any custom color under the sun, eight anodized
aluminum exterior finishes are also available. Plus, whether it's a
single unit or combination of Weather Shield windows and patio doors or
entry door system, a choice of exterior casings and mouldings make it
easy to add an ideal finishing touch.

Grille Options
There's a Weather Shield grille that complements the architectural style
of your home, matches your budget, and perhaps most importantly,
reflects your own personal taste. You can select from a variety of bar
widths and profiles, as well as from traditional grille patterns to
custom designs.
Glazing Options
Whatever you're looking for from your windows and doors, the full range
of Energy Star compliant glazing choices offered by Weather Shield
provides your home with the utmost in energy efficiency. No matter what
time of day, or season, you can choose the right glazing to meet your
needs beautifully. Add color and texture - or privacy and modesty-to
your palette of design options. Special finishes and tints can give a
project distinction. Specialty glasses include Obscure, Bronze, Rain,
Evergreen, Spandrel, Green, Bronze Reflective, Gray and Gray Reflective.
Interior Options
There is no substitute for the natural beauty of wood. Like your own
fingerprints, each species of wood has its own pattern. Just as no two
homes are exactly alike, different wood displays distinguishing
characteristics. Available in Alder, American Fir, Cherry, Mahogany,
Maple, Oak, Knotty Pine, Standard Pine. Interior trims in 11 styles plus
rosettes give you unparalleled design flexibility.
Hardware Options
Available in traditional or contemporary styles. Patio and entry door
system handle set colors include antique brass, bright bras, matte
black, black chrome, brushed nickel, chrome, oil-rubbed bronze, and
white.
Four adjustable door hinges are standard on each hinged patio door panel
and allow door heights to be adjusted after installation. Bright brass
finish is standard but also available in stainless steel and matte
black.
Window hardware choices are designed to operate smoothly and securely
and are available in Bright Brass, Goldtone, White, Adobe, Oil-Rubbed
Bronze, Brushed Nickel or Brushed Chrome. For convenience, the standard
nested casement window crank handle folds down and out of the way when
not in use. Optional round handles as well as "T" style handles are also
available. ADA approved crank and electric operator handles provide ease
of use for people with limited mobility.
